FanConcept - Finana Otakuthon Concept Design

My entry for Nijisanji EN talent, Finana's Otakuthon 2021 Outfit Design Competition.
The idea for the outfit comes from her stream about the game [Papers, Please].
It was an enjoyable stream to watch, so I decided to make a special outfit for her based on that game.
